- Tasting notes :
Deep golden brilliant colour, with many legs on the glass. The bouquet is very elegant and rich : exotic fruits (mango, pineapple), cooked apricots, vanilla spices, honey. The wine is harmonious, intense, spicy and typically of Gewurztraminer; a good acidity balances the richness. Extraordinary smooth and silky taste, with crystallized fruit notes. The finish is very nice and persistent, with aromas of honey and dried fruit.
To serve as a sumptuous conclusion to your meal.
