The vine:

The traditional wines of Muré's family express the characters of the grape-variety and the purity of the fruit. They are pleasure wines and will also have their place on your table. This is our blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sylvaner and Gewurztraminer.

- Geology: clay and limestone

- Average age of vines: 47 years

The wine:

- Vinification: slow fermentation and maturation on fine lees

- Residual sugar: 1,5 grams / litre

- Alcohol: 13 % / volume

- Yield: 70 hl /ha

- Tasting notes:

Mineral and fruity, the wine is well-balanced. In mouth, it has aromas of yellow fruits and smoke. Good length.

Drink with starters, simple courses or "charcuterie".
