Des gewurztraminers magnifiques

Le beau temps qui règne en Alsace depuis quelques jours est favorable à la concentration et à la pourriture noble : des gewurztraminers à 21,6 ° d'alcool potentiel ont été vendangés ce lundi 9 octobre...une très belle "sélection de grains nobles".

Les autres gewurztraminers du Domaine vont maintenant être vendangés et produiront des "vendanges tardives".  

After a few days of nice weather, it's time to pick the grapes of gewurztraminers: the level of maturity is very high, thanks to the concentration and the noble rot. The best place of the Clos St Landelin gave some wonderful "Sélection de grains nobles" at 21,6° of potential alcool! The other grapes will be at the level of "vendanges tardives".
