The Clos St Landelin estate is totaly cultivated in organic vinegrowing. The main point is soil working, in order to have the root-system located deep in the sub-soil and to have a good biological activity of the soils. The pruning is done in Guyot (simple or double). The yield are low (from 25 hl/ha to 45 hl/ha). The harvest is done byhand. The grapes of the Clos St Landelin Estate are carried to the press in small boxes of 20 kg.
