the soil and its work

It’s in the deepest horizons of the soil that the vine draws the marks of the terroir. The soil is worked deeply (ploughing). There are no surface roots anymore. The young vines are tilled by hand and each surface root is cut. The chemical weedings were completely abandoned.

To develop the biological activity of the soils

A good biological activity of the ground ensures a better mineralisation of the elements and thus a good assimilation by the root-system. The adequate cares, in particular the indications of biodynamy, ensure the development of the fauna and the flora of the ground. The "organic vinegrowing" certificate delivered by Ecocert proves that the estate does not use any chemicals products of synthesis, harmful to the micro-organisms of the soil, the quality of the ambient air and the purity of surface waters.
