La conservation du vin
The wines of the René Muré range are fresh, pleasant and with rather fast maturity. They generally are to consume within five years.
The terroir wines of the Rouffach area (Clos St Landelin, Grand Cru Vorbourg, Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé, Lutzeltal, Schulzengass) are wines that get opened slowlier, and have a very good aptitude for ageing.
