The «Côte de Rouffach» is one of the 11 communal appellations recognized in Alsace. It is a favorable terroir for Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir.

The vine :
The slopes of the Rouffach region are characterized by exceptional sunshine. The soil is marl-limestone with loess veneers, deposited by the winds that descend from the tops of Vosges. The richness of the soil gives the wines a typical fat and gourmet character.
