The Steinstuck is a Lieu-Dit located above the village of Westhalten that gives racy wines, fresh and marked by mineral notes, chalk or wet rock.
Tasting
The note is delicate and melodious, while the palate is slightly exotic without being excessive. It's entirely dry, with a mouthwatering grapefruit finish.

The vine
The limestone soil and its sheltered location give the wines of this terroir a strong personality. They are racy, fresh and marked by mineral notes, chalk or wet rock.
Although muscat and sylvaner are very different grape varieties, this filiation is clearly found in the wines.
