The vine
The Vorbourg is the grand cru located in Rouffach. Its soil is marl-limestone. The plots where the pinot noir are planted are close to the town of Rouffach, with a southern and south-eastern exposure. This part is richer in clay than the Clos Saint Landelin. It gives the Pinot Noir «V» a complex, fruity and supple character.
