Tasting
The nose, rather flowery, goes to a fruity mouth: apricot, peach. The minerality of the wine and its fine tannic texture make this wine very food friendly.

The vine
The slopes of the Rouffach region are characterized by exceptional sunshine. The soil is marl-limestone with loess veneers, deposited by the winds that descend from the tops of Vosges. The richness of the soil gives the wines a characteristic fat and aromas of yellow and white fruits.
