A steep south-facing hillside, the grand cru Zinnkoepflé overlooks the Soultzmatt valley. Its soil consists mainly of sandstone and shellfish limestone.
Riesling and gewurztraminer are two emblematic varieties of this terroir. They are distinguished by aerial and elegant wines. The notes of small wild herbs and minerality are his signature.
Average age of the vines : 10 years
Airy and mineral, with a lot of finesse, this riesling from the grand cru Zinnkoepflé harmonizes with grilled fish or skewers of St Jacques.
