The vine
A steep south-facing hillside, the grand cru Zinnkoepflé overlooks the Soultzmatt valley. Its soil consists mainly of sandstone and shellfish limestone.
Riesling and gewurztraminer are two emblematic varieties of this terroir. They are distinguished by aerial and elegant wines. The notes of small wild herbs and minerality are his signature.
