The vine :
Located in Rouffach, Clos Saint Landelin is the southern end of Grand Cru Vorbourg. The soil is marl-limestone and stony.
To develop a Selections of Noble Grains, vine work is essential. Grapes must be sorted precisely: only grapes with noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea) are preserved. The skins of the grapes are fragile and the berries are concentrated in aromas and matter. They are soft, powerful, bold but elegant wines with a captivating sweetness and an exceptional aromatic finish.
