The vine
Located in Rouffach, Clos Saint Landelin, a monopoly of the Muré family, covers an area of 12 hectares. It is the southern end of the Grand Cru Vorbourg. Located at the end of the valley, it is facing south and enjoys excellent sunshine until the end of the day. The north and south-west winds ensure good health until the harvest. Its steep slopes require terraced cultivation.
Average age of vines : 40 years
The Riesling Clos Saint Landelin goes very well with noble fish and seafood, for example St Jacques with cream or a back of cod with firm flesh.
