La vigne
The limestone soil and its sheltered location give the wines of this terroir a strong personality. They are racy, fresh and marked by mineral notes, chalk or wet rock.
The oldest plots were planted in sylvaner and muscat. In the years 2010, when it was necessary to renew a plot, riesling was an ideal candidate to express the minerality of this terroir. Our curiosity was not disappointed.
Average age of vines : 55 years

The minerality of this Sylvaner is a perfect echo to a tray of oysters or vegetables in vinaigrette.
